Return Policy
Our goal at ZIPLIP® is to create products that you find genuinely beneficial to your life and sleep routine. We are always interested to hear your thoughts on how we could improve.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ziplip@lipszipped.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right! We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
